These Terms govern your access to and use of Dream Control Courses, including purchases, account security, and acceptable conduct.

Use of Service
Account & accessYou must be at least the age of majority in your region to create an account and purchase courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Security
Use a strong password, enable available security options, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Availability
We aim for reliable access, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected issues.
Billing and Refunds
PaymentsPrices are shown at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes.
Refund evaluation (14 days)
If a course does not match its promise, contact support within 14 days of purchase. We will evaluate the request based on course access/consumption and the details you provide. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution. We may suspend access while a payment dispute is investigated.
License
Personal learningPurchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal learning. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly perform, or otherwise make course materials available to others.
Permitted
- Stream lessons on supported devices.
- Download only if explicitly enabled.
- Take personal notes for study.
Not permitted
- Share logins or content with others.
- Upload course videos to any platform.
- Remove watermarks or ownership notices.
Acceptable Conduct
SafetyDo not attempt to disrupt the service or misuse accounts. Respect intellectual property and the rights of other learners. You agree not to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity on or through the service.
No interference
No scraping, probing, reverse engineering, or attack attempts.
Respect others
No harassment, impersonation, or deceptive behavior.
Follow the law
Do not use the service for illegal activities.
Changes
UpdatesWe may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website or via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
